Henry Winkler Heading to Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention This September
The Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention is coming this September 7-9 in Hunt Valley, Maryland and some very special guests have been confirmed for the event. Fonzie himself, actor Henry Winkler, has just been confirmed to be attending. Winkler is best known for his roles on Happy Days, MacGyver, and most recently Barry. Barry earned him his first-ever Prime Time Emmy Award: Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series at the age of 72.
Hal Linden and Max Gail, best known for their roles in the ’70s show Barney Miller, are also set to appear. Linden toured with several bands in the ’50s and soon after starred on Broadway. His big break came in 1975 when he was cast as the precinct boss on Barney Miller. His co-star Gail also starred in General Hospital and has worked as a director. Ellen Bry and Nicholas Hammond are going to reunite at the convention as both starred in the same Spider-Man series. Bry also appeared in St. Elsewhere and was even the stunt double for Margot Kidder in Superman. Hammond is best known as Friedrich von Trapp in the film The Sound of Music.
