‘Beverly Hills 90210’ & ‘Melrose Place’ Reunions Set for ’90s Con This September
For fans of classic 1990s television shows and celebrities, ’90s Con is a fun place to see cast reunions, get photos and/or autographs and just relish in ’90s culture. This fall, ’90s Con will be at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida on September 13-15, 2024 and the organizers announced the full lineup of celebrities that will be attending, including several stars who have never been at one of the events before!
One of those stars attending her first-ever ’90s Con is Heather Locklear. She will appear alongside her former Melrose Place costars Laura Leighton, Josie Bissett, Grant Show, Daphne Zuniga and Brooke Langton. Locklear, Leighton and Zuniga are set to reprise their characters in a new reboot, which will also be produced by Leighton and Zuniga. If all of that isn’t exciting enough for Melrose Place fans, Courtney Thorne-Smith, Leighton and Zuniga also announced a Melrose Place rewatch podcast called Still the Place.
In addition, Jaleel White, best known for playing Steve Urkel in Family Matters, will be attending ’90s Con for the very first time. White’s iconic character was originally meant to only appear in one episode but became so beloved that he became the face of the show. A few months after ’90s Con, White will be sharing more stories of his time on Family Matters and beyond in a memoir called Growing Up Urkel, which is now available for preorder.
Many of the cast members of Beverly Hills, 90210 will be reuniting once again including Jennie Garth (Kelly Taylor), Gabrielle Carteris (Andrea Zuckerman), Ian Ziering (Steve Sanders) and Brian Austin Green (David Silver). Sadly they will be missing Shannen Doherty (Brenda Walsh) who passed away earlier this year but her former co-stars will be paying tribute to her with a special panel. Tori Spelling (Donna Martin) and Jason Priestly (Brandon Walsh) will not be there this time due to filming schedule conflicts. He is currently starring in the show Wild Cards.
Other stars from shows such as 7th Heaven and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch attending include Josie Bissett, Laura Leighton, Daphne Zuniga, Grant Show, Brooke Langton, Brittany Daniel & Cynthia Daniel Hauser, Joey Lawrence, Matthew Lawrence, Andrew Lawrence, Holly Marie Combs, Rose McGowan, Brian Krause, Dorian Gregory, Jennifer Rhodes, Beverley Mitchell, Barry Watson, Catherine Hicks, David Gallagher, Mackenzie Rosman, Carmen Electra, Juliette Lewis, Melissa Joan Hart, Jenna Leigh Green, Soleil Moon Frye, Elisa Donovan, Nate Richert, Andrew Keegan, Kimberly J.
