To celebrate Little House on the Prairie‘s 50th anniversary, many of the surviving cast members including Melissa Gilbert, Alison Arngrim, Dean Butler and creator Michael Landon‘s daughter Leslie Landon Matthews have reunited at special events for fans. Unfortunately, these events received negative reviews for long wait times and poor event planning. Those who attended the events in Connecticut and Pennsylvania complained about having no access to restrooms, long waits on a hill and even paying extra for tickets that included a murder mystery event that never happened.

Now, the cast of Little House on the Prairie confirmed that they have cut ties with the event planning company, Jack Bishop’s Gravel Road Markets LLC. A joint statement read, “We have instructed Mr. Bishop to remove our names and likenesses from all sales and marketing assets supporting his scheduled Little House on the Prairie 50th anniversary events in Lyle, Tennessee; Keystone, South Dakota; Branson, Missouri; and Corsicana, Texas.”

It continued, “We care deeply about our Little House fans. We sincerely hope if you have requested or plan to request refunds that Jack Bishop and Eventbrite will honor your requests. Thank you for 50 years of loyalty and love. More to come. Little House forever!”

It sounds like they will be working on finding a new company to team up with to plan events for next year. The statement was signed by Alison Arngrim (Nellie Oleson), Charlotte Stewart (Miss Beadle), David Friedman (Jason Carter), Dean Butler (Almanzo Wilder), Jennifer Donati (Rose Wilder), Jennifer Steffin Uden (Rose Wilder), Jonathan Kovacs (The Wild Boy), Leslie Landon Matthews (Etta Plum), Lucy Lee Flippin (Eliza Jane Wilder), Matthew Labyorteaux (Albert Ingalls), Melissa Gilbert (Laura Ingalls Wilder), Michelle Steffin (Rose Wilder), Olivia Barash (Silvia Webb), Pamela Roylance (Sarah Carter), Patrick Labyorteaux (Andy Garvey) and Wendi Lou Lee (Baby Grace).
