Dukes of Hazzard star John Schneider, Little House on the Prairie‘s Alison Arngrim, Jeremy Miller from Growing Pains and Kathy Garver from Family Affair were just some of the major small-screen names who trimmed the tree and shared their favorite holiday memories at the Hollywood Museum‘s annual Christmas tree-trimming event in Hollywood, California.

As part of the museum’s annual event, each celebrity created a unique Christmas ornament and shared a holiday memory with the audience, before placing their ornament on the tree. Donelle Dadigan, founder and president of The Hollywood Museum, served as the event’s host and cheer-master.

The Dukes of Hazzard and Smallville took the stage with his new wife, Dee Dee, whom he married this past July. As this will be their first Christmas as husband and wife, Schneider said that their favorite memories are yet to come

The woman behind the fearsome Nellie Oleson shared a holiday story from her time in the Hollywood Parade circa Little House on the Prairie: as she rode, someone threw orange soda at her. Arngrim was surprised, but also impressed by the person’s aim.

Known best for guest appearances on The Waltons, Barnaby Jones, Hawaii Five-O, and Murder, She Wrote, Purcell recounted a story from her time as a young Hollywood starlet in the Hollywood Parade. She was riding in a vintage car, and when the models stepped out onto Hollywood Blvd., the car ran over her foot before she could get back in. Merry Christmas!
