MeTV’s ‘Collector’s Call’ Returns With Lisa Whelchel & New Episodes in April
MeTV has confirmed a new season of its original series titled Collector’s Call. It returns for a sixth season, hosted by Facts of Life star Lisa Whelchel. The series will return Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 6:30pm ET and feature 26 episodes. This season will feature collections of Hot Wheels cars, Star Wars toys, Snoopy items, and even memorabilia honoring Drew Barrymore and Cyndi Lauper.
Lisa Whelchel shared, “I’m very excited for folks at home to see this new season of Collector’s Call, which has some of the most varied and incredibly displayed collections we’ve seen yet. And of course, the only thing more impressive than these collections are the collectors themselves. I’ve found a commonality in all collectors but each one truly is different, and it’s so interesting to see how their personalities really are reflected in their amazing collections.”

In each episode, Whelchel travels across the country to take a look at private collections of pop culture and nostalgic memorabilia. Professional appraisers and experts decide what the value is of the collection and the collectors must decide if they want to accept a trade, getting rid of an item from their beloved collection for something new and exciting. The Season 6 premiere focuses on Hot Wheels and takes a look inside the collection of Bruce Pascal, who has a warehouses-sized collection of the toys.

The following episode on April 13 focuses on PEZ. Shawn Peterson has a collection on display at the PEZ Visitor Center in Connecticut at the company’s historic and still-functioning factory. On April 20, fans can get a glimpse inside the stunning doll collection of Ashley Spero, who has been collecting all different kinds of dolls for over 20 years. Then on April 27, Doogie Sandtiger shows off his Croc collection, which earned him the Guinness World Record title for most Crocs at over 3,500 pairs.
