There are a lot traditions when it comes to sports and the Indianapolis 500 has plenty. the greatest spectacle in racing, the Indianapolis 500, returns for its 107th running on Sunday, May 28 at 12:30pmET on NBC. Sweden’s Marcus Ericsson took home the win last year, becoming only the second driver from Sweden to do so. Helio Castroneves returns and will try again for a record fifth win at Indy, and 2013 Indy 500 winner Tony Kanaan will retire following this year’s race.
