‘I Dream of Jeannie’ Star Barbara Eden Makes Stunning Red Carpet Appearance at 91
I Dream of Jeannie star Barbara Eden graced fans with her presence on a red carpet last week for the Remus Pre-Award Tea Time event at The Beverly Hills Hotel, looking stylish and ageless at 91 years old. Striking her signature Jeannie pose, she donned a navy blue satin blouse and black pants to the event along with pointed-toe high heels and seemed to be in good health.
Eden previously shared her secrets to looking and feeling ageless even in her 90s and credits her diet and exercise routine for giving her energy and good looks. Eden revealed, “I’m very careful about [my] diet. I’m a carnivore… I like steak. We eat a lot of pork, chicken, steak [and] vegetables.” She added, for exercise she walks or uses a spin bike.

Her favorite tried and true skincare product? A cream from Estée Lauder. She added, “They have [serum] drops [called] line repair. I use that morning and night. I also use sunscreen. I don’t go out without sunscreen… I [also] don’t wear makeup unless I’m working.”

Eden is best known for her role as a 2,000-year-old genie but she has continued working steadily over the years. Her latest role had her going to the North Pole as Mrs. Claus in the 2019 film My Adventures with Santa. It doesn’t sound like she has any plans to slow down either, as she considers herself lucky to be working a job she loves for so long. She explained, “I feel young! I feel sorry for people like my poor father who had to work every day at something he didn’t like. I enjoy my work. I still work.”
