Holiday Reunions: ‘Party of Five’ & ‘Good Witch’ Alums Reunite in New Holiday Films
TV is all about reunions this holiday season!
Not only is Lacey Chabert reuniting with former castmate and Party of Five TV brother Scott Wolf in Hallmark’s A Merry Scottish Christmas, in which they play estranged siblings who travel to Scotland to reconnect with their mother. Chabert also costars with another Party of Five alum, Jennifer Aspen, in Haul Out the Holly: Lit Up, the sequel to last year’s most-watched Hallmark Christmas movie, Haul Out the Holly.
Lacey Chabert has been all about the Hallmark Channel recently, having starred in all six films of The Wedding Veil series, as well as playing a no-nonsense detective who reluctantly teams up with a charismatic British dancer to solve a murder in The Dancing Detective: A Deadly Tango. Did you know she also voiced young Anastasia, the only surviving member of the last Russian royal family, in the 1997 animated film Anastasia? We sure didn’t!
Scott Wolf, meanwhile, has been busy playing Nancy Drew’s father Carson Drew on the CW series Nancy Drew.
If that all wasn’t exciting enough, after starring together for seven seasons on Hallmark Channel’s popular series Good Witch, Catherine Bell and James Denton find romance with each other once more in Christmas on Cherry Lane.
Previously, the two actors also reunited on the TV movie Good Witch: Curse From a Rose, which also aired on the Hallmark channel.
