Sadly, we just got the news that award-winning actor Donald Sutherland has died at the age of 88. He was celebrated for his many movie roles and inspired his son Kiefer Sutherland to have a successful acting career as well. He died after a long illness and his death was confirmed by one of his other sons Roeg Sutherland, an executive at the talent agency CAA. To honor the star who had plenty of hit films, let’s go over some of them.

Pride and Prejudice

In 2005, Sutherland tried his hand at acting in a beloved drama romance, based on the book of the same name. He played the main character Elizabeth Bennet’s father, Mr. Bennet.
